Recom Ice Systems received a prestigious order to supply four independent fully automatic concrete cooling plants totaling a daily production of 360 tons (each 90T/day) of flake ice. The Recom equipment forms a combination with concrete mixing equipment to serve as a concrete cooling plants for the construction of a hydroelectric dam at Tocantins River, 150 km south of Imperatriz, Brazil. The plant has the name: “Estreito Hydroelectric Power Plant”.

The order is given by the consortium of Impregilo Italy, Construtora OAS Ltd. also known as Consorcio Rio Tocantins and Consórcio Estreito Energia (Ceste).
